PCS Sitrep is not a broker, agent, property manager, law firm, or financial advisor. Stephen, the site creator, is not any of those things either. This site does not list properties, negotiate leases, collect application fees, or provide legal or financial services of any kind.

Some Field Kit tools — including the AI scan prompts — are designed for you to use with third-party services you choose, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Those tools are operated by their respective companies under their own terms and policies. PCS Sitrep does not control them and is not responsible for their output, availability, or how they handle data you paste into them.
